Icom IC-MA500TR fixed mount AIS class B transponder complete with GPS functionality. This unit is desgined for Non-SOLAS vessels such as pleasure craft, workboats and small vessels. This is a compact, waterproof transponder that acitvely notifies other vessels of your exact position, increasing your safety at sea. This unit can work independently or connect with a computer or other marine network equipment. If this unit is connected to a compatible Icom VHF radio an individual DSC call can be made easily from the MA-500TR.
